Who we are
PAZEON LTD ("Zeon", "we", "us") is a company registered in Cyprus. We operate this website, zeon.cy, and we are the data controller for personal data submitted through it.

This policy covers zeon.cy only. Our product Zeon Jobs runs on a separate website, zeon-jobs.com, with its own privacy policy. Data you submit there is not covered by this document.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us through the contact form on this site. That is:
- Name or company name
- Email address
- Phone number
- The type of enquiry you select (employer, recruitment agency, investor, other)
- Your message, and anything you choose to put in it
We also record the date of your submission and which page it came from. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We use your IP address only to rate-limit the contact form and block spam.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries we receive, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep a record of business enquiries so we can follow up and manage the relationship. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- To prevent spam and abuse of our form. Legal basis: legitimate interest in securing our systems.
We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work:
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs
- MongoDB Atlas — the database where enquiries are stored
- Resend — the service that delivers the confirmation email to you and the notification email to us
These providers process data on our instructions. Some of them may process data outside the EEA; where that happens, transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for the relationship they relate to, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you — unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or we are required to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct it if it is wrong or incomplete
- Delete it
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Receive it in a portable format
- Withdraw consent, where we relied on consent
Email contact@zeon-business.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus at dataprotection.gov.cy.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database, and only people at Zeon who need to see them can. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
